Live Roleplaying Event Production Company
Event Design
We make live-action roleplaying games, often called larps. At one of our events, you dress in costume and play a character in a story that lasts an evening or a weekend.
Our events borrow from historical fairs, escape rooms, and theater. Our team writes the story and builds the props and sets, and our staff and volunteers play many of the characters you meet.
Everyone at an event takes part, and the players' decisions change how the story goes. Our writers plan each new event around those decisions. The stories give players hard choices to make and problems to solve together.
Our stories can be dark or tense. Anyone can step away from the game at any time, and players use simple hand signals to check that others are all right.
Our events are for adults and usually take place at state parks and rented campgrounds.
Players and Volunteers
Players buy a ticket to take part. Volunteers come for free, play characters that our staff assign to them, and can use anything in our costume collection.
We expect everyone at our events to treat one another with respect.
Inclusion
You belong here. We welcome people of every race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and ability. We design our events to be inclusive and accessible, and we keep learning how to do that better as allies to the communities we serve.
Giving Back
At Millersylvania State Park, our volunteers help the park staff with cleanup, trail maintenance, and repairs.
